&Beyond Consulting and Advisory is a lean management consulting firm based in Lebanon, operating since 2022 under the legally registered entity IM Power SARL. We specialize in supporting entrepreneurs and Micro and Small Businesses, especially during their early-stage growth.

Serving partners across Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and Canada, we focus on delivering smart, sustainable solutions tailored to local and international standards.

Meet the Founder

Mohamad Y. Bissani

Founder & Managing Director

Mohamad is an experienced business consultant with over a decade of expertise in finance, HR, and strategic management. He has led high-impact projects for major government agencies and companies in Saudi Arabia and served as a finance consultant for a leading e-commerce company in Canada, bringing a global perspective to his work. In addition to these roles, Mohamad has consulted on various finance and business integration initiatives, including merchant processing projects across the USA and North America.

His career spans both large-scale institutions and grassroots initiatives. He held the role of Team Leader in the Finance Division at one of Lebanon’s major Alpha Banks and later served as Deputy Managing Director at a prominent regional youth empowerment NGO.

Mohamad holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting emphasis) from Beirut Arab University (BAU) and an MBA in Finance from AUST, equipping him with a strong academic foundation in business and financial strategy.

Although he has worked with major organizations, Mohamad’s primary focus is on empowering entrepreneurs and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). His consulting style is personalized, results-driven, and rooted in practical solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

A dedicated mentor, lecturer, and corporate trainer, Mohamad is passionate about developing the next generation of business leaders and remains active in both local and international business communities.
